Potential

We did not tap into a large hotel group’s shared marketing resources and we are not trained marketers, but we generated quite good turnovers on our own, with an average of a ± 60% of bed occupancy, depending on the season – but are aware that you might exceed our numbers.  We are becoming a “known” destination.

Langebaan

Langebaan is addictively beautiful – one of 3 sea lagoons in the world (thus very clear water, no river flowing into the sea – channels with different depths, causing a myriad of turquoise and jaded shades.) The location of our properties offers extraordinary sea views. We also own two catamarans, and we take our guests regularly out on the Langebaan Lagoon.
