Langebaan Lagoon offers exceptionally good sailing conditions. It is a gigantic lagoon: 17 km long, ± 4 km wide – and all these waters are protected from the deep sea!!

West Coast Life arranges four different Yacht Cruises with Sea Stallion l or ll

• the Shark bay trip around Schaapen island, and passing Posberg Nature Reserve

• a braai trip in Kraal Bay at the southern parts of Langebaan lagoon,

• a lunch trip in the Bay,

• and a deep sea island trip.

Lagoon Yacht Cruises - Braai!!!

The most idyllic experience: Venture out to Kraal Bay to the southern parts of the Langebaan Lagoon on an exclusive braai cruise on one of our Sea Stallion Catamarans. Swim in the shallow warm waters of the protected Kraalbay, or use our rubber duck to explore the beach, while the skipper is braaiing on the yacht and getting your lunch ready! Cash bar facilities are available. Opening of Crystal - Mathys Roets

Crystal Lagoon Lodge celebrates its opening function on 27 August 2009 by hosting Mathys Roets. We are very excited to have such an inspiring great soul aboard…and look forward to a great evening of his music and presence.

When you think of the West Coast what do you think of ?
This is an amazing place with special people and its so wonderful spending time there. When you’re on the West Coast you just realize that this is one of the areas that you have to visit more often.

You are probably very busy with shows for this year?
Yes, I am very busy, booked for the year, I’ll have to start turning people down as my program is getting full.

When is your next show in the Western Cape?
My first show is the one in the West Coast and I really don’t think that I will be able to come to the Western Cape this year again.

Is there something that you’d like to share with the people, your fans?
Yes it’s unbelievable to be able to sing again after I thought it was not going to ever be possible again.
